How do I join?
New member enrollment is not open yet. At launch, choose Join, create your account, and complete your profile and preferences. You can start with Free. Existing members can sign in now.
What is the complimentary Instant offer?
The planned launch offer is one successful Instant connection per eligible verified person for life. It is used only when both people accept and a connection opens. Ignored, declined, expired, and unsuccessful opportunities do not use the benefit. Changing email or recreating an account does not restore a redeemed benefit. Ongoing Instants access is included with an active Premium subscription.
How do I contact Vismere?

What makes a Vismere introduction different?
Vismere starts with shared values, relationship intentions, essential boundaries, and natural lifestyle overlap. You see your genuine common ground with that person, then discover who they are through conversation. There is no endless swiping feed or public compatibility percentage.
How many introductions do I receive?
Standard includes one compatible introduction per week. Premium includes five. Introductions depend on suitable members being available; Vismere does not fill your allocation with incompatible profiles. Passing on an introduction still counts toward that week’s allocation.
What happens when I choose Interested, Not Yet, or Pass?
Interested means you want to explore the introduction. Not Yet lets you take more time and is available to both memberships, with pending limits. Pass declines the introduction. Messaging opens only after mutual interest.
Do I need Premium to message someone?
No. Standard members can receive and respond to genuine mutual interest and message after a mutual connection. Existing conversations continue when a weekly allocation runs out or Premium expires.
Does Premium change compatibility standards?
No. Both tiers use the same essential matching and hard deal breakers. Premium provides more introductions, In the Moment, and limited preferences that help order otherwise eligible introductions.
Which photos do I need?
Real members need a Portrait and a Full Body photo to complete onboarding. Smiling, Close-Up, Activity, and Candid photos are optional. There is no member-written biography.
Does In the Moment reveal my location?
It requires your explicit participation and appropriate location permission. Both participants must have eligible access and choose Yes. The planned complimentary connection requires verified-phone eligibility; ongoing access requires Premium. Location is supplied for a chosen session, not tracked continuously. It does not show exact locations or precise distances, and you can pause or disable participation.
How do subscriptions renew and cancel?
Monthly, three-month, six-month, and twelve-month plans renew at their respective intervals unless canceled. Multi-month plans charge their full listed amount upfront. Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge. Review the subscription terms before purchasing; production purchases are not open yet.
Who qualifies for founding membership?
The first 1,000 verified real members qualify for permanent recognition. The first 500 eligible paying members qualify for $14.99/month Founding Premium while their qualifying subscription remains continuously active. Availability is confirmed through eligibility checks; synthetic demo profiles do not count.
Who is Vismere for, and what safety tools are included?
Vismere is for adults 18+ seeking intentional relationships. Blocking and reporting are included in Standard. Phone and optional selfie verification require provider activation and final validation before launch. A photo-verification badge indicates successful photo verification, not phone confirmation alone. Vismere does not conduct background checks, supervise meetings, or guarantee outcomes.
